Torrey’s research interests span a breadth of Human Factors topics including, but never limited to: Human-Computer Interaction, Design Philosophy and Ethics, Human Reliability Analysis, Cognitive Modeling and Computational Psychology, User-Centered Design and more. Torrey takes pride in his ability to relate to users across many disciplines in addition to the fact he can still do a cartwheel (though a nap or medical treatment may be required after). Outside of work he spends his time with his wife, Candice, and three amazing daughters.
