Tina M. Miyake
Dr. Tina M. Miyake is a human factors scientist in Idaho National Laboratory’s Human Factors and Reliability Department. Her research interests include proactive interference, working memory, strategies, and metacognition. Dr. Miyake holds a doctorate in cognitive psychology from University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She received her master’s in experimental psychology from Idaho State University, where she also earned her bachelor’s in psychology. Before joining INL in 2019, she was a visiting assistant professor then an adjunct faculty member at ISU. Dating back to 2002, she has also been associated with College of Idaho, Wake Forest University, Columbia College in Missouri, University of Missouri and Lincoln University.
