Binghui Li, Ph,Dhttps://bios.inl.gov/Lists/Researcher/DisplayOverrideForm.aspx?ID=868Binghui Li, Ph,D ​Dr. Binghui Li is a clean energy engineer at Idaho National Laboratory specializing in power and energy systems, mathematical optimization and energy system analysis. Before coming to INL in November 2020, he was a research associate at the University of Texas at Dallas where his projects examined issues related to economics and reliability of wind and solar power generation. He holds a doctorate and master’s in civil engineering from North Carolina State University. He earned his bachelor’s, in energy and environment systems engineering, from Zhejiang University in China.
