​Matthew is an experiment manager in the Irradiation Testing Department for the Nuclear Science User Facilities (NSUF) program. In this capacity, he coordinates and oversees the design, analysis, fabrication, and irradiation efforts of experiments specific for the Advanced Test Reactor. Matthew has over 14 years of experience at INL and Naval Nuclear Laboratory, primarily in operations both as a technician and more recently as a supervisor overseeing processing of spent nuclear fuel. He is an Army combat veteran. He graduated magna cum laude from University of Idaho with a B.S. in industrial technology.
