Biography:

Dr. Yuzhou Wang is a postdoctoral research associate at Idaho National Laboratory involved in laser optics, semiconductor fabrication processes, packaging assembly, ultrasonics, heat diffusion theory, and experiment design. Before coming to INL in August 2020 he was a postdoctoral research associate at The Ohio State University, where he fabricated thin film piezoelectric MEMS by photolithography to generate surface acoustic waves for materials inspection and advanced sensors and studied the response of an aluminum nitride (AlN) surface acoustic wave device under nuclear reactor radiation. He earned his doctorate in nuclear engineering at Ohio State, where he received the Nuclear Engineering Program Research Award in 2019, and his bachelor’s in nuclear engineering and technology from the University of Science and Technology of China.
