Rachael Hill

Biography:
Rachael Hill is a human factors scientist in the Human Factors group in Idaho National Laboratory’s Human Factors and Reliability Department. She has been involved in multiple lab efforts, including the Light Water Reactor Sustainability project. She has participated in multiple phases of iterative design processes for interface applications for control room modernization, computer-based procedures, human-automation collaboration, and cyber security. She contributes to INL-hosted STEM outreach workshops for students, including My Amazing Future. She was designated an entrepreneurial lead for the Computer Based Procedures project In Cohort Six of the DOE I-CORPS program. She holds a bachelor’s psychology from BYU-Idaho, with an industrial and organizational emphasis.
