Monique has a diverse professional background. She began her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant and started working her way through the LPN program in addition to studying Medical Transcription. Monique was later offered the opportunity to manage an office for a local IT company. She also  established and ran a separate cleaning business under the same company. During this experience, Monique found a passion in the development of more efficient systems and proactive problem-solving. To date, Monique has 7 years of experience in Administrative Assisting and Office Management. She has also earned additional certifications and worn several ‘hats’ – including Certified Peer Support Specialist, and Medical Assistant to a highly respected Psychiatrist.
In her spare time, Monique likes to get out into the great outdoors with her husband and their ‘troupe’ of 5 children. Monique also has a few hairy critters she tends to. Ask her about her tarantula collection!
