Biography:

Todd is the Idaho National Laboratory (INL) Transient Reactor Testing (TREAT) program manager and a Certified Project Management Professional with more than 35 years of nuclear operations and maintenance experience.  He has worked as a senior technical consultant for Polestar Technical Services, including D&D planning at Chalk River Laboratory and Los Angeles Department of Water and Power and waste cleanup at the INL TREAT Facility. Todd has also completed many projects as a project manager, including D&D at the Naval Reactors Facility Idaho, life extension projects for the INL Advanced Test Reactor, multiple system designs and installations at Sinclair Wyoming Refining Company, and on multiple projects at INL TREAT. He has more than 20 years of experience as a Naval Nuclear Power Plant supervisor/maintenance technician on five different nuclear power plants.

Todd holds a B.S. degree in applied science and technology in nuclear engineering from Thomas Edison State College and the Project Management Professional Certificate from the Project Management Institute.​
