Biography:
​Marinelle Rowe is an Administrative Specialist for the Nuclear Safety and Regulatory Research Division (C200). In addition to supporting C200, She currently supports multiple departments including Human Factors, Controls, and Statistics (C220) and Modeling and Simulation (C090). She is pursuing a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership and Development, she holds a Bachelor's of Science Degree from ISU in Human Resource Training and Development, and an Associate's Degree from Columbia Basin College in Arts and Science. She is proficient in conference planning, setting up meetings, making travel arrangements, creating correspondence, spreadsheets, and presentations, procurement, maintaining multiple calendars and emails, processing visitor's requests, personnel moves, intern and new-hire onboarding, expense reports, travel authorizations, and performing other administrative tasks as assigned. She has been with INL since November 2010. She currently serves as the Committee Secretary for the Idaho Chapter of American Nuclear Society. Prior to her employment at INL, she worked as a Lead Workforce Consultant for the Idaho Department of Labor. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and photography.
