Biography:
Kellie Kvarfordt is a software analyst in the Risk Assessment and Management Services department at Idaho National Laboratory. She specializes in scientific and technical applications design for both web and desktop, with emphasis on development of risk informed decision making tools. These include the External Hazards Information Digest; the Reliability and Availability Data System (RADS); the Systems Analysis Program for Hands-on Integrated Reliability Evaluation (SAPHIRE) code; and SAPHIRE Risk Monitor for Advanced Test Reactor (ATR). She has also done work for NASA and the US Army, developing tools such as Standard Army Ammunition System (SAAS); RCATool, a root cause analysis tool; and MPCP, Mishap Preparedness and Contingency Plan software.
Kvarfordt has been with INL for over 25 years. She has experience in C#, Delphi, AngularJS, Javascript, HTML, ASP.Net, Cold Fusion, and database development.
