​Douglas Morrell is a Project Manager for the Test, Research and Training Reactor (TRTR) Research Reactor Infrastructure (RRI) program in the Fuel Fabrication Department at Idaho National Laboratory. He also serves as the Lead Mechanical Design engineer responsible for interaction with the universities which operate Test, Research and Training Nuclear Reactors. He provides engineering support to fuel and component manufacturers and universities, prepares drawing and fuel specification changes and reviews vendor data in support of the project and fuel fabricator.

Morrell has 20 years of experience in the mechanical engineering and project management field. He holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Idaho State University.
