​Brad Benefiel specializes in mechanical and process engineering with considerable experience in material science technology.  He has 18 years of experience designing and fabricating unique industrial processing equipment and manufacturing facilities.  His employment background has focused on materials technology, high temperature industrial processes, and renewable energy resources.  Brad has twelve years of experience in project management as the principal engineer on projects ranging from bench scale research to commercial scale production plants.  He has experienced working on government R&D projects at DOE facilities as well as commercial development ventures with Magnequench Int. and Intrepid Technology & Resources, Inc.
