Biography:

Brad Couch is Project Controls Manager for the Fuel Cycle Research and Development Program at Idaho National Laboratory. In addition to his budget and funding responsibilities, he implements a centralized web-based project controls system interfacing with 10 separate DOE labs to coordinate their budget planning, performance measurement and accountability reporting requirements.

Couch has worked at INL since 1986 and has experience in project controls processes and procedures and maintenance, personnel management and oversight. His areas of expertise include budget development, funding distributions and program planning. He has an MBA from Idaho State University and a B.S. in Business Finance from Brigham Young University. Outside of work, Couch enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his family.
