Kathryn Richardson is a systems engineer at Idaho National Laboratory whose responsibility is to communicate with staff or clients to understand specific system requirements. She provides advice on project costs, design concepts or design changes, evaluates current or emerging technologies to consider factors such as cost, portability, compatibility or usability, and helps develop or approve project plans, schedules, or budgets. She holds a bachelor’s in occupational safety and industrial hygiene from Montana College of Mineral Science and Technology.
