Biography:

Stephen J. Reese is a material scientist and project manager at Idaho National Laboratory. He has been responsible for coordinating biological, chemical and radiological hazard decontamination test programs. He has designed and executed experiments employing laser-based resonant ultrasound spectroscopy for examination of physical properties of material microstructure. He holds a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from Columbia University.
