Biography:

Hollie K. Gilbert is a professional archaeologist and historian with extensive experience in the study of past human impacts on natural systems. She has proven success interfacing with customers, tribes, stakeholders, regulatory agencies and review boards to develop purposeful work plans, plan effective research studies, gain acceptance of strategic plans and predictive models and reach consensus on major programmatic cultural resource plans, studies and projects. Hollie's research includes more than 600 homesteads within the boundaries of the INL, several freighting and stage roads, including a section of the Oregon Trail, and stage stations. She is the subject matter expert in studies of INL caves and interfaces with contract biologists and ecologists.
