Biography:

Seth Ashby is a laboratory technician in the Idaho National Laboratory’s Biofuels and Renewable Energy Technologies department. Before coming to INL he performed restoration activities in homes that were damaged during the Charlotte Fire in Pocatello, as well as flood damage and mold remediation. He also worked at a granary in Pocatello, taking and logging grain samples from delivery trucks. As a river guide for the Boy Scouts at Camp Little Lemhi over three summers, he logged more than 580 miles on the Snake River with no major safety incidents. He averaged five trips a week, with 24 scouts and leaders per trip, and in the last two years he was assistant director of the river front, solely responsible for the scouts and leaders while they were on the river.
