Biography: Tim Djernes came from Nampa to join the INL’s Biofuels and Renewable Energy Technologies department. He attended Idaho State University and earned a degree in energy systems electrical engineering technology in 2013. Since then he has worked as an electrician on locomotives in Boise; troubleshooting, installing new components and wiring. He has also worked in a cable production plan creating wire harnesses and preparing large-gauge cable down to hair-thin pinning work.
