Biography:

Before joining the Idaho National Laboratory’s Biofuels and Renewable Energy Technologies department, Brad Thomas worked out of Wyoming for Unit Drilling Corp., where he was involved with the testing use and application of drilling fluids. Prior to that, he worked for Farm Bureau of Idaho as a data control specialist in its IT department. He also spent several years as a lab technician at the Astaris Elemental Phosphorus plant in Pocatello as well as five years as a laboratory material supervisor for an ecology research lab at Idaho State University. He enjoys spending time with his wife and three children whether on the golf course, zip lining down a mountain or driving days to find the worlds greatest alpine slides. Brad also volunteers his time to coach youth baseball and help with the local scouting and 4H programs.
