Biography:

M. Clay Blakely is a database, web and application developer for Idaho National Laboratory. He started in 2012 as contractor under the Advanced Vehicle Testing group, specializing in procedures on SQL Server and SSIS. In 2014, while on a break from his contract, he began working for Eastern Idaho Technical College as an SQL developer. In December 2015 he enrolled in A+, Network+, and Security+ boot camp. He became a full-time INL employee in February 2016. He holds an associate’s degree from Ricks College, in Spanish with a focus on computer science. He has done computer science course work at University of Idaho. He completed Ethical Hacking/Computer Forensics/Security Analyst at CED Solutions Computer Training, in Marietta, Georgia, in August 2016. He holds the following certifications: CHFI, SCJP, MCPD, MCITP, MCTS, CTT+, MCT, CEH, Security+, A+, MCDBA, MCSD.NET, MCAD and MCP.
