Biography:

​Luke Voss is a program manager with experience in engineering, nuclear power, manufacturing, operations, and program management.  Luke began his career as a nuclear engineer working for the Department of Defense in Bremerton, Washington at the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard.  There he worked on various teams in the nuclear fluids and mechanical systems group to help with the maintenance and overhaul of nuclear power plants on aircraft carriers and submarines.  He was able to travel to various parts of the country and world, helping with several large Navy projects.  ​

After leaving the DoD, Luke found a new opportunity in Salt Lake City, UT with L3Harris Technologies as a manufacturing and operations engineer.  At L3Harris, Luke took on many challenges and opportunities across the company.  During his time there, he worked as an engineer, project lead, operations manager, and program manager, where he was able to solve many product, process, business, and customer problems.  After several years with L3Harris, Luke started a new opportunity as a technical program manager for Idaho National Laboratory.  He is currently part of the National Reactor Innovation Center, which focuses on helping accelerate the demonstration and deployment of advanced nuclear energy.  Luke graduated from the University of Wyoming with a degree in mechanical engineering.  A few years into his professional career, Luke went back to school to earn his Masters of Business Administration, also from the University of Wyoming.​
